Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary: SEACORP is seeking an energetic, highly motivated Recruiting Coordinator to be based in our Middletown, RI office to support our full-life cycle recruiting function. As a Recruiting Coordinator at SEACORP, you will play an integral role in helping our company grow & scale. From helping to handle daily recruiting activities to managing candidate relationships and experiences along the way, you will be pivotal in helping fuel the company’s talent pipeline for tomorrow's success.

Education: Bachelor's level degree preferred, ideally in Human Resources or general business.
Experience: At least one year of office-based work experience is required; relevant recruitment/human resources internship experience is preferred.
Required Skills and Competencies:
This position is full time in-person at SEACORP’s Middletown headquarters 5 days per week, 8:00 – 4:30. Pay is firmly set at $24.04/hr. (approximately $50,000/yr.). It is a great role for someone who is ready to start their HR career and wants to really dig into the operational side of talent acquisition.

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
