The primary focus is always patient flow, OSA (Originally Scheduled Appointments) and compliance. Check-In is always ready to receive the incoming patients, and she/he is the time-keeper for the office. Check-In CA is secondary for incoming calls and instrumental in setting the patients expectations for their appointment (i.e.: scan, report, consult, x-ray and/or exam).
