Top Recruiting Executive develops and administers strategic initiatives, policies and processes to that proactively build and maintain a quality talent pipeline and fill open positions. Aligns talent acquisition and recruitment initiatives with organizational goals and current and future workforce needs. Being a Top Recruiting Executive assesses external labor market conditions, establish and promote brand to attract quality talent. Builds and maintains strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, Top Recruiting Executive serves as advisor to senior leadership on talent acquisition and recruiting activities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Recruiting Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Recruiting Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Seeking a 4th CRNA to join three full-time CRNAs and two full-time Anesthesiologists on staff. The Anesthesia department employs a Medical Supervision model which allows great flexibility and autonomy for all CRNAs. 50% general surgeries, including eyes and urology; 25% Orthopedics; 10% OB/GYN; and 15% other surgeries. Head/heart cases are not performed.
Practice Features
- OR performs an average of 210 cases per month, including approximately 20 births per month.?
- Surgical suites have state-of-the-art anesthesia equipment
- CRNAs are encouraged to practice as active independent members of the Anesthesia Team
- Five Operating Rooms?
- Hours are typically 7:00 am - 3:00 pm with minimal trauma
- Call responsibility is 1:5; Average call back is reasonable and manageable
- Certification in BLS and ACLS, with AANA?
- Certification and Maine Licensure are required
- Employed model?
A highly competitive annual salary which is negotiable based on experience, plus an additional call pay stipend. Relocation assistance, forgivable educational loan assistance, continuing education assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

The Aroostook Valley Trail passes through Caribou on its 28 miles of multi-purpose trails from Presque Isle to New Sweden.?
