Top Recruiting Executive develops and administers strategic initiatives, policies and processes to that proactively build and maintain a quality talent pipeline and fill open positions. Aligns talent acquisition and recruitment initiatives with organizational goals and current and future workforce needs. Being a Top Recruiting Executive assesses external labor market conditions, establish and promote brand to attract quality talent. Builds and maintains strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, Top Recruiting Executive serves as advisor to senior leadership on talent acquisition and recruiting activities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Recruiting Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Recruiting Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. The Assistant Teacher is responsible for the items listed below. This is not the full extent of the AT's responsibilities and a detailed job description is available by contacting TOP Early Learning Center 316-749-4909.
- Assist in developing individual guidance and education plans.
- Assist the Lead Teacher in ensuring positive behavior
- Assist with teaching respect and shared responsibility between adults and children.
- Ensure physical, and emotional well-being is maintained for all children.
- Ensure safe and developmentally appropriate play is utilized in all play spaces.
- Work with parents, center directors, family service personnel to ensure partner agencies are enlisted to help our children learn and grow.
- Attend parent and all staff meetings.
- Have fun teaching the kids!
