Who: A strong, stable oil and energy company is actively recruiting for a Recruiting Specialist to join their team.
What: As a Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for our clients in the oil and energy industry. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and attract qualified candidates. Additionally, you will manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
When: This is a permanent, full-time position with immediate availability.
Where: The position is based in Midland, TX.
