Top Recruiting Executive develops and administers strategic initiatives, policies and processes to that proactively build and maintain a quality talent pipeline and fill open positions. Aligns talent acquisition and recruitment initiatives with organizational goals and current and future workforce needs. Being a Top Recruiting Executive assesses external labor market conditions, establish and promote brand to attract quality talent. Builds and maintains strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, Top Recruiting Executive serves as advisor to senior leadership on talent acquisition and recruiting activities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Recruiting Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Recruiting Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience.     QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program

    • Must meet personnel qualifications.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
    • Provides direct and indirect personal care to the patient in the home setting.
    • Utilizes safety measures in the provision of care.
    • Maintains effective communication with supervisor regarding patient’s condition.
    • Documents and submits accurate accounts of services provided.
    • Observes the patient for changes in condition and behavior and report to the supervisor.
    • Removes patient's medication container from the storage area; prepares necessary items, i.e. juice, water, cups, spoons, etc.; to assist the patient.
    • Maintains confidentiality of all patient, agency, and employee matters.
    • Adheres to all Agency policies.
    • Recognize emergencies and demonstrates knowledge of emergency procedures.
    • Demonstrates knowledge regarding basic infection control procedures.
    • Submits required documentation in a timely manner.
    • Adheres to the role of the Home Health Aide in the home setting as defined in state regulation.

    The home health aide or CNA shall not change sterile dressings, irrigate body cavities such as giving an enema, irrigate a colostomy or wound, perform gastric irrigation or enteral feeding, catheterize a patient, administer medication, apply heat by any method, care for a tracheostomy tube, nor provide any personal health service which has not been included in the plan of care.
