    Pay: $18/hr

    Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day remote

     

     

    Job Summary:

    The Contract Sourcer is responsible for the front-end candidate pipeline creation and candidate qualification screening.  As more fully described in the essential job functions below, this role is primarily responsible for sourcing and prescreening, candidates to be interviewed and considered for Aston Carter customer requisitions by Aston Carter recruiters.  This role will be built with a team of 15-25 additional peers who will be working in a virtual call center type environment.  We are building a new department within the organization and this is an exciting and unique opportunity to shape the future of our company by the impact you have each day.

     

    Essential Functions:

    • Generate candidates through various sourcing methods, including but not limited to Aston Carter's database, social media platforms, job boards, resume databases, etc.
    • Drive introduction process – document all touch points and relevant updates to candidate status
    • Identification of candidates specific to skill sets / markets / geography
    • Creating candidate profiles in applicant tracking system (Connected)
    • Daily goals focused around contacting candidates (via phone and email) in order to understand candidates skills, goals, and interests in order to identify active and passive job seekers
    • Connect candidate to Recruiting Coordinator based on relevant requirement (candidate hand off after initial process)
    • Generate referrals through networking

     

     

    Minimum Education/Abilities/Skills:

    • Associates Degree or higher preferred
    • 1 – 2 years’ work experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
    • Technical savvy
    • Comfortable making outbound and receiving inbound phone calls
    • Customer service focus
    • Bilingual a plus (not required)
