We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to plan and organize recruiting activities at our firm. The responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator are to support the Talent Acquisition Manager in attracting, hiring, and retaining the best employees for the company, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong interest in recruiting but no recruiting work experience necessary
• 1-3 years’ work experience in the recruiting field is a plus
• Ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Essential Duties

• Assist with scheduling and coordinating logistics for multiple career events throughout the year
• Attend job fairs and hiring events when needed
• Update job descriptions and job specifications
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, colleges etc.
• Disposition candidates and maintain data within the company's applicant tracking system
• Update well documented recruiting reports and assist with responding to data requests from hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Source and recruit candidates by using LinkedIn, campus recruiting job board and other social media platforms
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Apply HR recruiting best practices
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
