SPG Therapy & Education is currently seeking a full-time Recruiting Assistant. Rooted in California, we offer professional growth opportunities for all our staff. SPG employs an incredible, fun, and innovative group of specialists working in the fields of Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational and Physical Therapy, Behavior Intervention, Mental Health, School Psychology, and Education. Pay rate: $24-$26/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Performs routine administrative duties such as, organizing daily candidate influx, responding to email requests, providing information to Hiring Managers, formatting resumes for district presentation, , and other administrative tasks
• Inputs/updates candidate information into ATS as needed
• Follow-up/support with applicants during the recruitment process
• Works with multidisciplinary teams to post and update ads on various platforms
• Attends weekly recruiting meetings with senior executives
• Sourcing of qualified candidates and reviewing job postings to ensure applicant flow
• Handling multiple phone calls with candidates daily

Requirements

• One (1) year of Recruiting experience
• Minimum of one (1) year Administrative experience
• ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS IMPERATIVE
• Ability to multi-task and stay focused in a fast paced role
• ATS experience required
