DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer and respond to calls on a multi-phone system
- Organize and file incoming documents
- Assist in closing of real estate transactions
- Maintain client database
- Work on marketing campaigns
- Ability to work some Saturdays or Sundays a month
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Comfort with the internet & title searches, Loopnet, etc.
- Proactive, motivated , self-starter.
- Detail oriented and organized
- Great customer service skills & team player
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks - Proactive problem solver
- Fast paced environment; need to be quick on your feet.
- Must be willing to work late and weekends to meet deadlines.
- Real Estate knowledge preferred
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years experience in admin role
- Transactional Real Estate knowledge and license preferred

Pay: $20.16 - $24.27 per hour
