Compensation:

Responsibilities:-
Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants, help them define their search, and research homes that fit their criteria

Promptly return client calls, texts, and emails and uphold team standards in your day-to-day tasks
-
Assist Lead Agent on various appointments, build relationships and trust, and the best communication skills to use when working with clients
-
Understand the ways to gather information for clients and learn about local communities so you can become an area expert and the best resource for clients

Provide buyers/clients access to homes, when under contract as needed for measuring, inspections, and final walk-throughs to keep timelines and transactions progressing according to schedule

Coordinate with clients and Lead Agent to schedule showings in a timely manner
-
Help Lead Agent determine the best offer price to recommend by researching comparable properties
-
Assist Lead Agent through closing the transaction to ensure a pleasant and fair process for all parties involved

Attend Home Inspections and Final Walk-throughs with clients

Assist with Open Houses and other prospecting tasks such as door-knocking, circle prospecting, lead follow-up

Learn powerful scripts and the art of asking questions to build trust and relationships with potential clients

Continuous Training and Education via classroom, “Shadowing”, role-playing, “real world”
-
Lead Generation activities such as leveraging automation responses as well as call responses
-
Provide Marketing/Admin support to Team Leaders as well as Team Agents
-
Assist Lead Agent Set up signs, support errands, all matters scaling Lead Agent time and efforts
