We're looking for a smart, high-energy business professional to join our team to assist our team leader in daily activities including team and client management, email and calendar management, presentation prep and follow-up, pre-listing work (entering listings in MLS, scheduling photos, getting paperwork from clients) and other duties. You'll also be involved in planning events & executing marketing activities. A great attitude, professional appearance, and energetic personality are important in this role. You will be in front of and working with our high-end clients & team of agents and professionals daily. Though our office hours are typically Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm, you may occasionally need to work an hour or a few on the weekend but this is only now and then.

$35,000 - $45,000 yearly

Job Duties: The following is a general description of job responsibilities, but duties may be added or removed from the list as business needs dictate:

• All pre-listing and post-contract activities (contracts, deadlines, MLS input, working with repairmen, etc.)
• Assisting our real estate agents with their daily activities
• Assisting the team leader with email and calendar management and other managerial tasks (such as payroll, vacation time management, etc.)
• Occasional errands for the Real Estate Team
• Assisting real estate agents in writing cards or letters to their clients
• Preparing materials for open houses
• Assist Marketing Manager and Transaction Manager as well as our realtors as needed
• Help with Team events
• Assist with the planning team and client events
• Other tasks, as needed

• Available Monday through Friday business hours and occasional weekend hours as needed
