Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. Duties
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products

- Analyze test results and compare them to established specifications
- Document inspection findings and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues or concerns
- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations
- Identify areas for improvement in quality systems and processes
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges - Understanding of FDA regulations and CGMP standards
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
