Top Quality Control Executive oversees all aspects of an organization's quality control function. Ensures products meet corporate standards as well as all applicable government regulations. Being a Top Quality Control Executive develops procedures for testing of final product and makes decisions regarding the issuance of recall notices. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Top Quality Control Executive typically reports to top management. The Top Quality Control Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Quality Control - 3rd Shift;
Do you have a passion for working with food and being in factory environments? Do you have a high attention to detail to ensure every product is sent out with the highest quality standard? Syndeo Staffing is currently seeking Quality Assurance Technicians to join a local food production facility in Moundridge KS!
These positions will work a 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM schedule with plenty of overtime as we are on a 6 day a week schedule!
What you would be working on:
- Ensure standards of quality, efficiency and production.
- Evaluate plant product quality by doing various product tests and tests related to ingredients and packaging.
- Help teach and train plant employees in quality control testing, sanitation, and housekeeping practice's.
- Confirm that all plant processes and procedures are adhered to and assigned work scheduled are maintained.
- Assist with special projects and work closely with Quality Assurance Manager.
What will help you be successful:
- 2-5 years of experience working in production facility quality control or laboratories.
- Knowledge of of health and safety standards and compliance.
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
