The Operations Manager will oversee approximately 7-10 International Move Management Consultants (IMC's) who are responsible for pricing and coordinating international household goods moves for agents and corporate accounts. The Operations Manager is responsible for growing business through excellent customer service and ongoing communication with agents and accounts and performance monitoring of their team. The role therefore requires mentoring, coaching and training the IMC's within the team and ensuring they have the tools, skills, and attitude to achieve service standards.
