Evaluates and develops strategic supplier relationships, negotiates contracts, and implements systems for monitoring performance, assessing risk, and responding to changes in demand or disruptions in the supply chain. Being a Top Purchasing Executive fosters collaboration with other functions to define current and future inventory requirements and manage inventory levels. Designs processes and systems and utilizes technical tools to analyze data and increase responsiveness to material demands. Mountain Top Church (MTC), a nondenominational church, is seeking a full time Youth Pastor(s).
Purpose:
The Youth Pastor(s) uses their gifts, talents, and skills to provide organizational and visionary leadership to the youth ministry at MTC, working hand in hand with the church board, congregational pastor, church staff and volunteer leaders to ensure a relationally-based program that is dynamic and focused on transforming Young people to the knowledge of Jesus Christ.
Accountability
Direct Supervision is the Church Board and Congregational Pastor.

Qualifications:
