Requirements:

Education: Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Public Relations or Communications or a related field required.

Training and Experience:

• Minimum of two (2) years marketing / public relations required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in marketing/public relations in a hospital setting preferred.
• Must be able to follow directions and perform work according to department and hospital standards when no directions are given.
• Demonstrates independence in professional development of continuing education.
• Must be knowledgeable of hospital policies and procedures.
• Must be flexible with work scheduling.
• Ability to retrieve, communicate, and present data and information both verbally and in writing required.

Hamilton Memorial Hospital District is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing/Public Relations/Communications Manager to join our team. The Marketing/Public Relations/Communications Manager will maintain community relationships through marketing and public relations efforts. They shall serve as the Foundation leader for Hamilton Memorial Hospital Foundation, coordinate physician recruitment along with being responsible for developing marketing programs that will promote hospital attributes to target audiences, improve hospital perception, and protect market share.
