anthonyBarnum PR, a national tech and healthcare focused public relations firm, is seeking a highly organized office administrator who can tend to day-to-day needs of a growing firm and its team.
We are seeking a professional who can assist the firm with daily tasks including: team-related support, office and kitchen supplies management, onboarding of new hires, and coordination of firm-wide gatherings.
Our ideal candidate is going to possess 3 to 5 years’ experience in a professional services firm and thrive on organization with a detail-oriented approach.
Key elements of the role include -
Office management
· Troubleshooting staff technology issues and coordinating with external IT support as
needed
· Leading ongoing mailings to prospects and clients
· Managing vendor contracts
· Supporting monthly invoicing process
Onboarding & HR
· Interfacing with IT to ensure new team members are onboarded onto equipment and
firm-wide software
· Processing new hires in conjunction with the firm’s outsourced HR administration team
· Ensuring team has appropriate equipment (and backups) for smooth operations
· Managing critical dates for HR-related programs
Team
· Organizing team gatherings and team building events
· Supporting firmwide ongoing celebrations, including work anniversaries and holidays

· Assisting in management and coordination of firm intern program
