Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Provider Network Coordinator to join our team. As a Provider Network Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing both individual and group provider relationships. This includes provider recruitment, standard contracting, onboarding, claims training and resolution of providers’ issues such as those related to claims payment, quality and performance initiatives, improved access and controlling unnecessary costs. You will also be responsible for ensuring contract and regulatory network adequacy requirements are met by continuously developing new provider relationships while strengthening existing relationships.

This role will require occasional off-site visits to resolve servicing issues, gather provider market intelligence, contract related concerns and provide education to ensure and strengthen relations with providers.

Top Skills Desired:
- Experience in healthcare plan operations, medical policy development and provider billing practices; with demonstrated ability to explain high-level concepts verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of medical terminology/policies, billing, claims, and working with providers
- Organizational and business management skills
- Familiarity with medical office operations

Additional Requirement:
- Must have a valid driver’s license, access to an automobile with current registration and no fault insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
