This is a full time role as a Property & Casualty Insurance Agent for LUNA insurance, a Trend Capital portfolio company. This is a role that requires proficiency with independent carries and experience working in a multi-lines brokerage. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, insurance solutions, and support to our clients utilizing our proprietary AMS/CRM and client facing app. You will have the opportunity to work remotely and be part of a dynamic team with a hybrid work arrangement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Specifically interested in someone looking for a Friday - Monday schedule; Working weekends (three days off)
Conduct over-the-phone sales for auto insurance policies.
Leverage your Ezlyx experience to streamline the application process for clients.
Utilize your independent broker experience to provide personalized insurance solutions.
Handle automatic home insurance inquiries and sales.
Collaborate with clients to identify their unique insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
Work with a range of insurance providers, including Allstate, Safeco, Nationwide, Chubb, and Travelers.
Provide guidance on policy coverage, rates, and terms.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Proven experience in over-the-phone auto sales within the insurance industry.
Familiarity with Ezlyx and the ability to use it effectively for policy applications and customer relationship management.
Previous experience as an independent insurance broker.
Knowledge of auto and home insurance policies and a demonstrated ability to sell them.
Experience working with well-known insurance providers such as Allstate, Safe Co., Nationwide, Chubb, and Travelers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
The capacity to work independently and as part of a remote team in a hybrid role.
A commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
A valid insurance agent’s license for the relevant state(s)
