Telos Property Investments is a faith and discipleship driven real estate investment company. What we do is buy and sell single and multi-family properties. Why we do it is to bring people together to pursue their telos. We are looking for somebody who walks the walk of faith that will play a critical support role in bringing life to this organization.

A famous architect was commissioned to build a magnificent church in the mid 17th century. While building the structure, he came upon three bricklayers and asked them a simple question.

“What are you doing”

The first replied, "I am laying bricks to feed my family."

The second looked up and said, "I am building an important wall of the church."

The third stood tall with vigor in his stance and said, "I am building a cathedral in which people will come from all around to worship the almighty God."

The first two bricklayers are performing a task that is commendable. Respectable. Yet they fail to see the connection to the bigger picture. It is the third bricklayer that has purpose beyond himself in the task that is before him.

Truth be told, Indeed’s available job descriptions don’t really give you an idea of what we are looking for. A more accurate understanding is that we are not looking to hire somebody for a job or a career even. TPI is looking for a person who is ready to respond to a calling. We are looking for the third brick layer in the parable above. This person will act as a facilitator, a bookkeeper, an executive assistant, and an all around team-player.

We are looking to hire somebody who is strong, determined, resourceful, yet can connect with people well… a leader, enabler, equipper. Somebody who holds the line and holds fast to the vision and values of the organization. Somebody who leads with conviction and enthusiasm. A person that is wildly capable, intelligent, yet humble and is energized by the task of elevating others. This person optimizes existing systems & processes as well as creates new ones in order to promote telos in every part of this organization. Most importantly, this person walks the walk of faith and disciples others to do the same.

• Maintaining Accurate Financial Records
• Purchasing Material For Renovation Projects
• Shop & Office Organization

• Communicating & Coordinating with Vendors& Property Managers
• Maintaining Comprehensive & Accurate Records
• Calendar Management
• Making & Answering Phone Calls, Texts, & Emails

Compensation

Base salary will be between $30,000- $40,000 Benefits.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
