Quest Group is searching for an experienced Property Manager for a Manufactured Housing Community with experience in Manufactured housing.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Market and advertise available units to attract prospective tenants.
- Conduct thorough tenant screenings and background checks.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and lease signings.
- Collect rent payments and ensure timely payment processing.
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues or complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions, including leases, rent payments, and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify any maintenance or safety issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
- Stay up-to-date with local housing laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of file management systems and record keeping practices.
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus.
