We are looking for a Receptionist/Office Assistant that has a strong financial background for our growing Property Management company, located in Westborough, MA.

Some job responsibilities can be found below:

• Answering office phones in a professional manner
• Assisting clients
• File management
• Opening, sorting, & scanning mail
• Receiving and logging payments
• Minimal Cleaning within the office
• Assisting company President & Controller when necessary

The ideal candidate will have/be the following:

• Computer literacy
• Experience with all Microsoft Office Suite programs
• Previous office and/or customer service experience
• Previous accounting experience is a plus.
• Self-motivating
• Exceptional time management skills

This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
