This position is categorized within the Human Resources Department and assists with the recruitment and training of employees within the Salema Management Dunkin’ Network. The position is responsible for assisting with the schedule of orientation, organizing, and preparing orientation and store training materials, reviewing Dunkin’ computer courses completion rates and reviewing pending applications.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborates with Franchisee and District Managers to determine staffing needs.
• Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open positions.
• Creates and Publishes job ads in various portals.
• Tracks and maintains compliance related recruitment data, prepares weekly and monthly reports via Excel and sends reports to Franchisee Staff as required.
• Provides Franchisee Staff and District Managers with updates regarding hire status and orientation status of new employees.
• Works with Dunkin’ store managers and Franchisee Staff to accommodate the best staffing match for each location/position.
• Works with Dunkin’ store managers and Franchisee Staff to assist in the implementation of New Employee Training programs at the store levels.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of admin experience, HR experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills
• Confidentiality and good work ethics.
• Bi-Lingual a plus but not required.

WORK LOCATION:

Position will be based between the Orientation Room at 480 Burnett Road and the HR Office at 4 Harding Ave. Ludlow, MA. Mileage reimbursement will be available for any travel required for work activities outside of normal commute times between these two locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
