Acts as a spokesperson and represents the programs at events. May oversee the grant process. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Program Executive (Non-Profit) manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. A faith based 75 bed facility located in the Claymont, DE area is searching for a full time and permanent Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead their clinical team. Organization is non-profit, faith based and has excellent ratings for quality of care as well as positive recent surveys with no major deficiencies.
Facility has low turnover rates company wide and has maintained a pristine reputation in the state of Delaware. Current NHA has been with the facility for over four years.
Schedule: Monday - Friday with an Every Other Weekend Rotation
Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse Supervisor:
- Coordinate hiring, training, disciplinary action and firing for all clinical staff within the facility while maintaining a high level of morale
- Ensure overall highest level quality of care for the residents
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Benefits and Compensation for the Registered Nurse Supervisor:

Requirements of the Registered Nurse Supervisor:
- Minimum of 1 year previous experience working as an RN Supervisor within a similar sized skilled nursing/long term care facility
- Familiarity with DE State regulations
