Top Program Executive (Non-Profit) provides leadership, direction, and resources to implement non-profit programs and develop the teams that support the organization's mission, vision, and goals. Ensures that programs operate efficiently and pursues opportunities to expand and develop new programs. Being a Top Program Executive (Non-Profit) utilizes data-driven analysis and forecasting to measure and evaluate the performance of programs, assesses needs, and ensures that program objectives are achieved. Creates and executes a strategic development plan to help the organization meet its operational and fundraising goals. Additionally, Top Program Executive (Non-Profit) is responsible for the success of special events, community outreach initiatives, and fundraising activities. Acts as a spokesperson and represents the programs at events. May oversee the grant process. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Program Executive (Non-Profit) manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Top Program Executive (Non-Profit) typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     As a Program Manager with Avalon Consulting Group – a full-service fundraising consulting agency – you’ll support remarkable organizations in achieving their financial goals through direct marketing and digital fundraising campaigns. This will be an exceptional opportunity for you to galvanize your skills in managing direct marketing fundraising campaigns including strategy, creative development, production management and analysis, all while collaborating with an award-winning, expert team of dedicated, fun, and passionate fundraising professionals!

    What You’ll Do with Us:

    • Collaborate with senior team members on program strategy, budgets, creative direction, and overall campaign development.
    • Manage all aspects of direct mail, telemarketing, and e-fundraising campaigns, from copywriting and design to production and list management.
    • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for your clients.
    • Manage and update budgets, costs, and reports for fundraising projects.
    • Analyze response data and write final campaign reports.
    • Draft client reports and presentations.

    Requirements

    What We Need

    You will be a great fit for us if you possess at least three (3) years of direct response fundraising experience. You must be an expert in using Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint. Additionally, you must have a proven ability to organize and effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.

    • Outstanding communications, including both listening and persuasion
    • Enjoyment of fast-paced environments, and the ability to keep cool under pressure
