- Respond tosimple property managers inquiries in a timely and accurate way viaphone email or chat.
- Participate to contributeto business expansion by retaining and nurturing relationships withcustomers ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Musthave
- Goodunderstanding of spoken and written English
- Goodefficiency of French / Spanish / Italian
- Comfortableusing webbased software
- Attention to detail andstrong organizational skills.
- Basic use ofspreadsheets.
- Selfmotivated and able to planown work
- Able to prepare own working devicessuch as laptop headphones mouse
- Able to workparttime in non standard working hours (from 12pm to9pm ).
