COMPENSATION:

• $28 - $35/hr

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for work order entry, call information gathering, hardware problem resolution, network troubleshooting, work order assignments, status reporting, and timely resolution of open help desk entries.
• Assist with hardware roll out and the setting up of hardware.
• Function as a key member of the team and escalation point to provide day-to-day operation of corporate production systems.
• Respond to and resolve operational problems and adhere to service level agreements.
• Ensure capacity and stability of corporate and production systems environment is maintained at an acceptable level.
• Perform Microsoft Windows system administration, installation, upgrades, patching, turning, and troubleshooting on production workstations.
• Participate in planning and testing system and application-level upgrades.

SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and 2-3 years related experience.
• Must have a good understanding of personal computers and associated hardware.
• Knowledge of software configuration and troubleshooting required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Exposure to Microsoft Windows (server and workstation) and basic network trouble shooting procedures are required.
• Knowledge of Apple iOS and Android operating systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven Project Management skills and strong solving skills, people skills and the ability to work independently.
