Top Product Development Executive provides leadership, vision, and strategy for new product development and product lifecycle management of existing products. Oversees research and concept development activities to innovate new products, product enhancements, and product redesign. Being a Top Product Development Executive conducts market analysis and interacts with customers and prospects to identify new markets, articulate the value proposition, define requirements, and lead the development of a product roadmap. Champions new product development and leads collaboration with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and manufacturing, to ensure that new and existing products support the organization's financial goals. Additionally, Top Product Development Executive requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Product Development Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact.   • Application Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Detroit, MI): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Application Development Manager in Detroit, MI, and the job duties are as follows:

    • Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
    • Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
    • Maintain applications according to SLAs.
    • Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system roll-outs, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications.
    • Identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors that are implemented by the team.
    • Supervise a team to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.
    • Conduct project and issue management (status reporting, issue reporting, ETC/budget reporting) for assigned scope of work, and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.
    • Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

    Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

    • Working with SAP modules, including SAP BW, SAP BW on HANA, SAP Data Services, and SAP ABAP;
    • Developing applications utilizing SAP IS-Utilities;
    • Test planning and management;
    • Deployment planning and management;
    • Project planning and management;
    • Utilizing IDocs and Web Services interfaces between multiple systems; and
    • Utilizing Agile methodology and Accelerated SAP methodology.

    Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
