Job Overview:
The Senior Manager, Top Client Development (MTCD) is responsible for strategizing, leading, and educating the cultivation and elevation of luxury business through the maximization of Bloomingdale’s programs dedicated to top clients. The MTCD builds a culture of top client, colleague, and vendor connectivity, ensuring that the highest levels of service are provided, needs are met and top clients are delighted. A critical part of the MTCD role is to understand the landscape of top client business and luxury experience in the store, working with the General Manager, Business Managers, and Top Producers to share objective perspective, candid feedback, and specific actionables to improve luxury penetration and experience. They are responsible for identifying the key challenges and requiring their partners to address these challenges to achieve measurable impact. The MTCD will act as a liaison between marketing, special events, and high-profile activations, consistently sharing best practices among Central and other Trade Area partners.
