    Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Products to lead our product vision, strategy, and execution. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Post Acute Long Term Care industry, coupled with a proven track record in leading product development for healthcare software solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can anticipate market trends, identify opportunities for innovation, and drive the development of products that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our EHR and RCM software solutions, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and market demand.
    • Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, development, and launch of new products and features, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and alignment with business objectives.
    • Conduct market research and engage with customers, clinicians, and industry experts to gather insights, validate concepts, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
    • Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure products meet market needs, achieve competitive differentiation, and support business growth.
    • Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation through development, launch, and iteration, ensuring products deliver value to users and meet regulatory standards.
    • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity within the product team, mentoring and developing talent to achieve peak performance.
    • Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and product enhancements.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
    • 5 years of experience in product management or product development, with a significant portion in the healthcare industry, ideally in Post Acute Long Term Care.
    • Demonstrated success in leading the development and launch of healthcare software products, with a strong understanding of EHR and RCM systems.
    • Deep knowledge of the healthcare regulatory environment, including HIPAA, MACRA/MIPS, and other relevant legislation.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to make data-driven decisions and articulate product vision and strategy.
    • Customer-focused, with a track record of engaging with users to identify needs and translate them into successful product features.
