Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in fashion, familiarity with global fashion retailers, and a team-oriented mindset, demonstrating a collaborative approach to achieving sales goals within a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage in inside sales activities to support our wholesale business, including communicating with clients and colleagues via email.
• Demonstrate knowledge of major global fashion retailers and industry trends, contributing insights to enhance team strategies.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to a full-time schedule of 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, while actively participating in team meetings and initiatives.

• Opportunity for a potential end-of-year bonus based on business profitability, reflecting team performance.
• Starting pay of $18 per hour with a three-month probationary period, during which teamwork and collaboration will be key focal points of assessment.
