Top Patient Care Services Executive directs, plans, develops, and implements patient care programs and services. Creates and implements policies and procedures for care delivery. The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics department of Food & Nutrition Services is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to supervise the performance of general service staff in designated areas, and enforces departmental work guidelines and policies/procedures.
- Maintain adequate staffing, food quality, schedules, and quality assurance records
- Complete assigned forecasting
- Order menu items to meet demand
- Assist in providing food service as needed
- Attend assigned meetings and conducts staff meetings

Schedule: 12:00pm - 8:30pm Monday - Friday, rotating weekends.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- High School graduation or equivalent and two years of directly related food distribution experience;
- or any equivalent combination of post high school education and experience providing a knowledge or background in institutional food service distribution
