Top Patient Care Services Executive directs, plans, develops, and implements patient care programs and services. Creates and implements policies and procedures for care delivery. Being a Top Patient Care Services Executive manages all clinical patient care functions including nursing services, and ancillary services such as radiology, laboratory, pharmacy, rehabilitation and social services. Schedule:Saturday & Sunday 10am-6pmResponsibilities:- Fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide high level of customer service by answering pharmacy phones and responding promptly to the requests ofcolleagues, patients, nurses, physicians, and hospice personnel.
- Contribute to the efficient workflow of the pharmacy by maintaining a high productivity level and an error-free workproduct.
- Maintain the orderliness of the pharmacy by keeping pharmacy countertops and drug bay shelves tidy andorganized.
- Enter, access, and verify the accuracy of data in the pharmacy system.
- Other duties as required.
- Familiarity with standard pharmacy concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professional composure in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work cooperatively with both technicians and pharmacists.
- Flexible work schedule.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Pharmacy Technician License that is current and in good standing with the State Board (Certification is preferable).
