This position will provide the opportunity to work on a wide variety of patent litigation matters in the biology, biotechnology, chemical, and pharmaceutical fields with quality domestic and foreign clients.
The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree in biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, organic chemistry, pharmacology, or a related field. Candidates must have three to six years of pharmaceutical, chemical or biotech litigation, PTAB, and/or related patent experience, and registration to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office is preferred.
