    As a Talent and Organizational Development Representative at ProvidenceReady", your role will be pivotal in promoting healthcare career exploration in Oregon. You'll achieve this by creating opportunities for Providence professionals to engage with career seekers, spanning from high school students to adults. This dynamic position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including event planning and facilitation, scheduling guest speakers at schools, and delivering presentations in the community.

    In this role, you'll collaborate closely with educators, industry experts, and community members to offer valuable insights and resources to high school and college students. Your efforts will ultimately support their journey toward successful careers. While your primary focus will be on the Oregon region, you will also provide support to the Career Exploration Manager in organizing talent cultivation events, experiences, and development on a systemwide level.

    Required qualifications:

    • 3 years Related experience in talent management, learning and development, or other organizational development roles.

    • Demonstrated expertise of learning development methods and the design, implementation, and execution of solutions across a variety of functions

    • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, constantly changing environment.

    • Intermediate experience with Excel and working with data to build reports.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration

    • Experience working in a large, decentralized," multi-state healthcare organization.

    • Experience with SuccessFactors
