    Education, Work Experience and Licensure:

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Master’s degree preferred
    • 3-5 years in training and/or organizational development required
    • 3-5 years training small and large groups required
    • Experience creating and delivering virtual training required
    • Previous healthcare leadership experience preferred
    • Certified EQ coach or ability to obtain certification within the first year of employment
