The Executive Assistant answers phones, takes messages, develops, uses spreadsheets to track data and act as a liaison for the President. The Executive Assistant maintains files and assists the President and Accountant with projects and light bookkeeping. The Executive Assistant is available to do other duties as they arise.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. Confidentially: Maintains the confidentiality of the company. May work with employee files which demands the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times. Refers questions to President when dealing with sensitive issues.
2. Professionalism: Communicates professionally with all Company personnel, vendors, managers and other professional inside and outside the Company. Presents the Company in a positive manner at all times.
3. Computer Skills: Uses a variety of software to create forms, and correspondence. Keeps computer files up to date. Creates forms with little supervision.
4. Flexibility: Can switch gears and task at a moment’s notice. Can set priorities at work with little supervision and make good decision on information provided. Provides a quick turnaround on work when needed.
5. Organization: Must be extremely organized and follow up on projects assigned to yourself and others.
6. Other duties as assigned by the President/Accountant and COO which support Red Tail Development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Ability to listen, understand and follow directions. The ability to do basic math.
· Intermediate knowledge of office practice; filing, date entry, phones, customer service.
· QuickBooks online experience is helpful but not required.
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Word, and Excel.
· Intermediate knowledge of human resources.
· The ability to learn new software programs.
· Ability to lift 25 pounds.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
