    The Executive Assistant is a temporary position lasting a few months, located in Buellton, CA. It will initially be for 20 hours a week, with potential for more. The rate of pay is between $28 and $30/hr. depending on experience.

    **This position does require a background check**

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Manage digital calendars and scheduling for meetings and appointments
    • Support management of projects such as meetings, agendas, outlines, and reports
    • Maintain e-files utilizing technology such as Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, etc.
    • Research and book hotels and transportation
    • Manage the business expense tracking and reports for reimbursement
    • Coordinate offsite leadership meetings and "summits"
    • Support email management of executives such as flagging important emails and distributing reports

    Skills & Qualifications

    • High School diploma required, degree preferred
    • Must have experience supporting an administrative team
    • Ability to effectively work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in written format, requires ability to communication verbally and in writing in a professional manner.
