Description:Our client is currently seeking a Sr, Organizational Development Specialist that will join a team that allows you will apply your excellent organization, problem-solving, influence and communication skills to support learning and development and career-growth programs across the organization.This job will have the following responsibilities:- Partner with functional SMEs and OD team to develop and deliver learning (in person, e-learning modules, content curation) following the ADDIE model.
- Manage training logistics for assigned projects including preparation, maintenance, and distribution, of training materials and corporate LMS.
- Facilitate training in person and/or online. Communicate with managers, supervisors and employees on how to analyze training needs and career growth goals and recommend learning and development activities.
- Previous work experience as a trainer or facilitator
- Knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
- Knowledge of change management methodology and best practices
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Exceptional communication, presentation and public speaking skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office [Preferred] HRIS experience (Workday) Education and/or
- BA degree in Education, Training, HR, OD or related field required
- 5 years of progressive learning and development or instructional design experience preferred
