    Seeking candidates that have wide and deep experience of the Targeted Domains in terms of key roles/organizations, PDM/PLM/CRM systems, manufacturing/distribution processes, etc. with a focus on technical/business consulting and/or solution selling in this vertical. This a salary position with the potential for bonuses based on individual and company performance.

    This is a customer facing role of developing business leads, relationships and opportunities in the Targeted Domains via connecting with key business executives and stakeholders within the customer’s organizations to better understand their needs, pain points, and at high level introduce them to our products and capabilities to support them.

    • Understand the customer challenges, grasp these challenges and the ability to articulate back to the customer in a concise manner.
    • Articulate technology, product positioning and business value to both business and technical users.
    • Keep current on the Target Domain(s) in terms of trends, pain points and changes to the business.
    • Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the business development cycle Responsibilities:
    • Gain access to major stakeholders and decision makers throughout a company’s organization structure and introduce eQ the company and its solutions.
    • Setup and support product demonstrations of solutions.
    • Able to articulate the trends, feedback, requirements from the relationship to eQ management and Product Management teams.
    • Proactively create and identify possible business opportunities, clearly defining business values and success criteria that would resonate with the customer.
    • Stay current on competitive landscape to understand competitor's solution suite and value propositions.
    • Resourcefulness, methodical thinking, and ability to quickly see direct and/or indirect opportunities.
    • Able to assess and identify who the key decision makers and their key focus/drivers.
    • Ability to work independently with limited oversight is required.
    • Required to have the patience to communicate with a variety of stakeholder and executives at various levels within a company.
    • Excellent English verbal communication, customer relationship management and presentation skills are required
    • Strong written skills and ability to write at the level of the intended audience (from elevator pitches to top executive, to value propositions for a CFO/COO and high-level technical advantages to perk the interest of IT stakeholders.
    • Ability & willingness to be the subject matter expert in the Targeted Domains is required.
    • 12 years of current experience as an Enterprise Level Business Development Manager.
    • Previous experience in business consulting and/or sales engineer experience is a plus.
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $135,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
