Our PHSO Utilization Management team is hiring for an Executive Assistant to support their leadership team!
This will be a hybrid role, allowing for occasional visits onsite to our Health Care Partners across the UVM Health Network.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Executive Assistant serves as the primary administrative support person in the Executive Offices of the University of Vermont Health Network and/or University of Vermont Medical Center. The incumbent will typically support one President level position, two University of Vermont Health Network/Medical Center Executives or one Network/Medical Center Executive and a large organizational function. The Executive Assistant performs traditional and advanced administrative functions to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization with a high degree of confidentiality.
Essential job duties include:
Serves as the primary administrative support person for their designated executive leader(s)
Coordinates appointments and meetings for their designated executive leader(s)
Performs general clerical duties such as organization of mail, filing, and the ordering of
supplies.
Performs general financial duties such as corporate card reconciliation, processing invoices, etc.
Monitors, maintains and distributes organization polices (when specified).
EDUCATION:
Associates degree in business, office management or related field or equivalent combination of experience and education required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Five to seven years of progressively responsible office experience in order to have gained the necessary interpersonal skills to work effectively with executive leadership.
