    We are looking for an all-star Account Executive to join our Star Service of New Orleans team! Our ideal team member will be able to sell HVAC Maintenance Contracts creatively and effectively.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Able to appraise and survey mechanical systems and determine energy savings, repair, modification, and/or maintenance requirements. Interpret drawings, equipment, and job conditions and properly apply company pricing policy.
    • Visit job sites and meet with customers to evaluate projects for pricing
    • Prepare proposals based on technical specifications and present them to the customer, negotiate terms of the sale
    • Develop and manage customer relationships to achieve sales goals and execute sales plans
    • Able to identify and develop prospect relationships in assigned markets and promptly follow up on leads and referrals.
    • Maintain an active backlog of quotes to ensure booking goal is consistently met.
    • Promptly address customer concerns to ensure resolution of problems and maintain long-term positive relationships.

    Preferred Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 2-5 years of related B2B sales experience, commercial or industrial mechanical sales experience a plus
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Strong communication and organizational skills with a solid work ethic
    • The ability to identify and exceed customer expectations while managing a high volume of work in a dynamic fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency performing duties
    • Ability to obtain a TWIC card
