Our world-class team of charming badasses is growing and needs to add a New Patient Coordinator. Our New Patient Coordinators are responsible for introducing new patients to our practice, presenting them with treatment options, and facilitate the transition to them starting orthodontic treatment.

This is a sales position in an organization that values providing honest recommendations, as well as delivering expectation-shattering results. We also realize that our people are our most important asset, and put our money where our mouth is. 🤗 Here’s the kind of person we are looking for:

• Sales experience, with the ability to show us how you’ve succeeded in that setting in the past - If you haven’t sold anything before, you will have a hard time convincing us that you are able to perform at a high enough level to be successful in this setting.

• Outgoing, positive, and social person with a heart for helping people figure out how to improve their life through orthodontic treatment
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage a list of pending clients, removing all appropriate obstacles to them starting treatment
• Someone who can multitask while actively listening to their clients
• You would be working primarily in our Fayetteville office, but also must be able to travel to our Centerton office as needed.

• Dental or orthodontic experience - Although there are times when this is helpful, there are just as many times that it isn’t
