About the Team:
The Bank of America Core and Data Center Network Architecture (CDCNA) team is responsible for the development of complex networking solutions deployable into the banks international IP core backbone, metropolitan IP and optical networks and global data centers. This team consists of highly motivated self-directed individuals who exceed performance expectations in a large and challenging workplace. The Bank of America core networks are carrier class infrastructures built on industry best practices and utilize carrier grade routing and optical transport platforms. Our data center networks consist of the latest software-defined multi-tenant spine/leaf network fabric technology.
Bank of America focuses heavily on network security with emphasis on multi-layer trust zones and segmentation. As a member of the CDCNA team, the development of a new segmentation strategy will include separation of management and data planes, creation of multi-tenancy standards, control and data plane design, developing an interaction between automation systems, access control and user policy engines for creating the proper balances between physical, logical and virtual domains.
