Our Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the critical operations of a fast growing Financial Planning and Employee Benefits firm. The major roles of this position will include the following:
1. Preparation of presentations utilizing Power Point, Excel and Word for client presentations.
2. Completes financial and employee benefit planning documents determining priority and format, verifying, entering and proofreading data.
3. Provides business information and interacts with clients to address their employee benefit questions and concerns.
4. Pays business invoices by verifying transaction information, completing documents and applications.
5. Maintains budget, commission and revenue data of client relationships.
6. Interfaces with clients and prospects through pone and email interaction.
7. Filing and management of client data and of client files.
8. Updates job knowledge of the financial, retirement and employee benefit planning industry by participating in educational opportunities.
9. Enhances business department and firm reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different client requests.
