Massachusetts Communities Action Network (MCAN) seeks a dynamic, justice-focused executive
assistant to join our team. This position provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the
Co-Executive Directors and other assigned leadership staff.
ORGANIZATIONAL OVERVIEW
MCAN is a network of seven faith- and values-based community organizations working for economic and
racial justice. Our faith and values and our critical racial analysis call us to fight for a Massachusetts
where every person can live a life of dignity. We believe that those closest to the issues are the best suited
to lead our campaigns, and our organizing approach includes storytelling, relationship building, and
training to develop the power of community leaders.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
As a full-time exempt employee, salary is in the $55,000 to $70,000 range and is based on experience.
Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, 401k retirement plan, mileage, and phone
reimbursement, and a flexible schedule. This exempt position will require 40 hours per week, may
include traveling, evening and weekend work as needed.
