Executive Administrator
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting directly to the Executive Director (ED), the Executive Administrator is responsible for supporting the E.D., the Board and leadership in SNS’ day-to-day operations, fiscal and all executive functions. The Executive Administrator will ensure timely responses to funders, staff, Board, donors, vendors and other inquiries and needs. The Executive Administrator keeps the organization functioning smoothly by addressing operational, fiscal and executive needs proactively and resolving matters promptly, assisting the ED in building and maintaining systems and ensuring the maximization of resources and revenue. The Executive Administrator will also be responsible for organizational insurance compliance and fiscal support across the organization through independent action and requests of the ED and Director of Finance.
