Job Title: Researcher/Writer for Top Podcast

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Researcher/Writer to join our team. As a Researcher/Writer, you will assist with the preparation and creation of materials for long form podcast content. The most important part of this position is demonstrating a unique creative approach in writing episodes.

Responsibilities:

• Create thorough episode outlines including interesting bits/funny moments that align with the podcast tone and objective
• Write high-quality potential segments for the host and producers to utilize in preparation for episodes
• Adapt writing style and tone to align with the podcast's brand and audience preferences
• Participate in collaborative rounds of feedback and revise accordingly
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy and fact-check all written content to ensure high quality, reliable information

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a researcher and writer, preferably in reality television, podcasting, or a related field.
• Excellent research skills with the ability to gather information from diverse sources
• Exceptional writing and editing abilities, with a strong command of grammar, style, and storytelling techniques
• Well versed in Gen Z culture.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity and interest in current pop culture trends and knowledge
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team
• Open to travel
