You will build and maintain strong relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to your clients. They should excel in a dynamic and entrepreneurial setting, demonstrate sound judgment in various situations, and possess robust written and verbal communication skills.


    What You’ll Do

    • Develop and manage relationships with existing clients in the local area.
    • Regularly and proactively communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs and challenges, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
    • Educate clients to raise the level of hospitality they offer through OTH’s platform and ensure they provide Creators an optimal experience 
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account status on CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Monday.
    • Prepare regular reports on account performance, revenue growth, and client feedback.
    • Identify opportunities for increased scope and relationship development to increase revenue and maximize client value
    • Nurture client relationships and reinforce the value in our partnership while also fulfilling technical needs.
    • Propose client activations and strategic marketing analysis to increase client sales and engagement.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing and Product Development to ensure client needs are met, while also contributing your own insights and ideas.

    • You're proactive and willing to roll up your sleeves to guarantee client satisfaction
    • Experience working with high-profile restaurants, spas, fitness centers, etc.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
    • Exercises good judgment and projects a positive, professional, and supportive attitude 
    • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite
